Method of payment - cash or cheque at the end of the stay (No Card facilities).

Notes

• There are no holiday surcharges or loadings for larger breeds
• No charge on final day if collected by 11am - our checkout time
• Special rates apply to family stays
  • 10% discount for 2^nd member
  • 15% discount for each subsequent member
• Coast and Highlands transport service is $40.00 per trip
• We are happy to, and capable of administering any medication

Hours of opening

We operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly and can be contacted by phone at any time. Inspections of the facilities for prospective clients are conducted by appointment only (please phone Pam or David to arrange an appointment).

For dropping off or collecting dogs, our opening times are

8am - 11 am / 1 pm - 4 pm Sunday to Friday

8 am - 11 am Saturday (closed to the public Sat. pm)
